Tracking
Tracking is available for all UK, EU, and North American orders. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Duties & Import Taxes
For EU orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout (DDP). For other international destinations, import duties may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at holdingpatternsshop@gmail.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at holdingpatternsshop@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you're based in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification.
